At The Cosmetic Center at DC Ranch, we understand that life happens and will always do our best to accommodate necessary schedule changes. If you reschedule more than 30 days before surgery, there is no fee; within 30 days, a $1,200 rescheduling fee applies, and within 14 days, a 20% rebooking fee applies. Documented medical emergencies involving you, your partner, or your child may be rescheduled for up to 6 months without penalty. If you choose to cancel, your deposit is forfeited before your pre-op, 50% of surgical fees are retained after your pre-op, and 100% are retained within 10 days of surgery. All required medical clearances must be received by your pre-op appointment; delays preventing medical clearance may result in cancellation and a 20% rebooking fee.
